Noel was born in Leicester and trained with a national firm, with whom Noel won a Leicestershire and Northamptonshire prize in his accountancy exams.

During this period Noel gained wide experience in dealing with large industrial and engineering businesses. Since moving to March he has concentrated on farming and the allied businesses of all sizes.

Noel specialises in personal tax, estate planning and investment planning.
