Recruitment
Whiting & Partners is one of the largest and most successful independent
accountancy firms in East Anglia. We have 20 Partners and employ approximately 140 staff
in our 8 offices.
All our staff are actively encouraged to study for professional
qualifications. We offer an excellent training environment which enables our staff to gain
a wide range of practical experience to complement their professional studies. We offer
structured training programmes including correspondence and external courses (including
day release) and also have our own internal training courses.
For staff studying for professional qualifications we pay for all course and
exam fees for first time sittings as well as providing appropriate study leave. In
return we expect our students to be fully committed to their studies whilst also
meeting the demands of full time employment.
We have a varied client base from sole traders to larger companies. We work
closely with our clients helping them to achieve their goals and we see our staff as
playing a vital role in this process. As a member of our team you will gain the expertise
necessary to develop your accountancy career. Some of our staff have been with us for many
years and a number of our Partners originally joined us as students and qualified with
the Firm.
